Attack of the Kong Gorji's, couple of new purchases for me & probably my new favorite figures as well. Also this is my first Marmit purchase :D & by the looks, likes & pure awesomeness of this one, it by far won't be my last !

Some nice figures Daimajin! I have the translucent green & blue versions of that Marmit but haven't gotten around to getting that version yet. I will eventually though.

Jonne at Kaijuzoo recently hooked me into the Marmits and I really have gotten into them. I have a few coming from him in July that I ca't wait to get.

I also love the '62 Bandai. I got mine a few years back on eBay and it is another one of my favorites. To me, the older Bandais have a feel to them that the newer ones just cannot match.

That's awesome howze01, especially on the other variants of the Marmit!! they just have a brilliance to them, I NEED more!! I don't know how you can wait patiently until July, I'd go nuts

I agree on the old Bandai's as well, they just have a presence of them & the hard vinyl have a original feel so to speak that the newer line don't have, plus the downscale in size, even though some of the 6' line may have a better sculpt or paint job than their predecessors, they still don't match them IMO!

My girlfriend is responsible for
everything minus the Devilman figure
I also got the Rodan/War of the Gargantuas DVD
for Christmas. Yeah, this stuff is from all the way
back to Christmas. Also worth mentioning is the
parababy Kumonga I received, which is the best
Kumonga toy I've ever seen. Glad I got it.

I didn't notice the Kumonga in that photo at first, but it's definitely a good pick-up. There haven't been many original Showa series Kumonga figures (3 by my count) but the Para Baby is definitely the best one.
