I love the tags, but I still can't believe they're trying to pass off the Anguirus as 1955.

And......from the looks of it they aren't using Bandai's hole punching technique, but rather the same method that we got the tiny holes in the Titanosaurus box set tags that resulted with (at least in mine) creases and wear around the tag's holes because they're are too small for the tag hangers to sit comfortably.

Yay!

At least they got Godzilla's spines right.

Everyone I have talked to has told me that every '55 Godzilla in the MB had the spines on backward. I have not personally seen any with the spines the 'right' way.

I do not know how Bandai assembles the toys before they went into the boxes, but if it was done by machine I doubt anybody would have even realized the error before it was too late. Given that it was a limited run I think there was only one "batch" so to speak.

The '55 Godzilla is an awesome design, a definite favorites of mine from the Showa era. I was a little upset when I found out, but I really don't care as much now.
