You can get a "$5 off a purchase of $25 or more" coupon on the Toys R Us website, but it expires today.
The Godzilla was just too ugly, but the Kiryu is a sexy beast, so I picked that up. $14.99, yay for living in Oregon with no taxes.
Does anyone know how it (the Kiryu) compares in size with the Bandai "DX" Kiryu-Goji figure?

I finally found the 2 large Figures at my TRU. I saw the Shelf tag there for about a week, but no figures. The other day I went in and there was one of each. Thats all that could fit in the space they gave them. Next day I went in to get the Mecha Godzilla for my buddy who is into Giant Robots, and there was none at all, and the Shelf tag was no where to be found. I thought maybe there was a larger display of them on an end cap or something, but no. There was none at all in the whole store. No other Shelf tags, nothing.

I my self is waiting for a 5 series as well. I am praying that there will be more than just a standard 4 figure a series. I kind of want more to be honest. My wish for them is to make any monster that have not made it's way into the 6" series.

I think we'll saw a Monster X before we ever see an Ebirah or Kumonga. That said, I think Titanosaurus or Showa MG are much more possible. Their molds already exist and the latter has name recognition solely on being Godzilla's robot double.
