(Not sure these are worth their own thread, so i'll tack them on here)

These are from the "Special Effects Museum" held at Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Contemporary Art from October 8,2012 - July 10, 2012. This is where the "Giant God Warrior Appears in Tokyo" short came from (viewtopic.php?f=14&t=18627)

The back side of all 4 coins is the same

This is pretty cool Klen. It's fun to see a kaiju collection of a different sort rather than the same piles of figures again. I'm curious, how much do these usually sell for?

Thanks!

In Japan they sell for around 600 Yen, so with middle man fees and shipping you can usually catch them for around $15. On ebay they usually go for around $30, although i did sell one of my duplicate GMK medallions for $85+ earlier this year with a starting bid at $15. The Gamera and Mothra ones always sell for less, although the Gamera 3 is one of the best looking ones of the bunch.
It's hard to find information about them, in fact for a while i thought they started at Mechagodzilla until a G vs Mothra one popped up for auction. I also might have missed the 60th even though I was on the look out for G'14 if Ed hadn't said anything.

Most of them are out of production so Yahoo Auctions Japan for anything older. There was a site that was selling the 60th and G'14 coins for 650 Yen a piece (i ordered my G'14 from there).. i think it was Stella, not sure if they still have any in stock

Looks like there was a 40th Anniversary coin as well. It says "King of the Monsters" around it, features a heisei Godzilla and has Godzilla written in Japanese on the back. It is also Gold colored and was also released in 1994.
