The Board is Down with no repair ETR. My apologies but we don't have the money or resources to repair the issue. It is broken on the back-end and is only here to view as an archive. Thank you for your years of patronage.
Didn't see a thread for this and I think the recent posts have been put under Wave 6. I'll start a new thread here with my first full in-depth review of the new King Caesar figure. The Chibi set and 12" Kiryu to come.
I think this figure hit all the right notes, and it looks better than the Bandai of Japan release. The detailing is just much better. I do think the previous Bandai of Japan release has a better deco. However this one just is the better molded figure.
A friend of mine finally found me a King Seesar at a TRU express in one of the local malls. Rochester, NY $14.49 Noticed the prices are higher then the normal TRU across from the mall.

I just bought a King Caesar from TRU Express yesterday, but I didn't know you could ask them to match the online price. I agree that the sculpt and details are great. The paint job is not bad, I just wish the black weathering could have been better controlled.
I bought the King Caesar and Godzilla 1954 figure because it was a new sculpt (the previous 54 Creation I had was from Wave 1). Does anyone know if G2K is different than what they've put out before? TRU didn't have it but looking at the box it looked the same to me.
I personally think it's a fine sculpt. I'm not a big fan of Chibi's, but they are cheap in a set so I got them anyways. That's how I am with most of these releases.
I don't know, I think the head looks down right awful. THe neck looks like it is folded and one of the legs looks bigger than the other and the proportions just look off.
