"Ultra Fighting Collection" Eleking, by the company ROMANDO.

Can anyone tell me about this guy? It looks to be a fully posable action figure (albeit in some kind of skin). I've wanted to grab the Ultra-Act Eleking for some time, but the scarcity and ridiculous prices have made this quirky little toy an appealing alternative.
