I did find these in a Yahoo Japan auction, though it did not include any size info. But the price has me believing it was the smaller one.

Ditto, although Googling "Godzilla Plush," even with safe images search on, yields *ahem* interesting results.

Argh, I have a making of G2000 book that I'm almost certain has a picture of the larger plush (with a lady standing by it). Unfortunately I'm in the middle of moving 1200 miles and all my books are packed up...
