Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

I've been planning on buying some of the Australlian Godzilla Double features, mainly for the American versions of these films (AIP version of DAM!)

Does anyone have specs for these DVDs?

Also does anyone know a site that ships to the US? Also I can't pay with Credit card, I'm only 15, maybe a check or money order will do, I usually buy online with cash.

I found my DVD player has PAL-NTSC conversion but it's not Region free, I beleive these are Region 0, right?

I have the Godzilla Vs. The Thing/Ghidrah, The Three Headed Monster double feature. I don't know about the region encoding (all of my DVD-players are region free), but the Australian shop where I bought it said it was RC4. The DVDs have menus and the films. Both films are in fullscreen and look absolutely poor. I once made some screenshots (Japanese and Australian DVD) in order to show the difference between widescreen and fullscreen. Wow...I guess I don't need them since they are fullscreen and crappy prints.
