Godzilla Fantasia DVD?

I have the Godzilla Fantasia compilation on tape. It was dubbed for me form laser disk by the guy at Bob, ixnay on the bootleg talk It includes one show which is scenes from Heisei-era films and another which is scenes from a much wider range of Tokusatsu films. Both shows are set to Akira Ifukube musical scores. I wonder if these will ever see the light of day on DVD?

Contrary to my rule of not buying over-priced Japan DVDs, I would make an exception for these if they ever came out in Japan. After all, they don't really need subtitling to be enjoyed.

It sounds like Cy (and possibly Bob) are talking about THE GODZILLA FANTASY RETURNS which was a compilation of Godzilla themes from the Heisei period. The original GODZILLA FANTASIA was released in the 80s and features Ifukube's music from the 1954-1975 films (including several non-Godzilla scores).

There's also another volume called LEGEND OF GODZILLA that was a collection of electronic versions of Ifukube's music.

I'd love to have them all on DVD.
