Possible New Ultraman set

Tonight after work i went back in with my friend to get some food and we went to the electronics department and noticed a Ultraman set, it had the same cover as the BCI Vol 1 set but only had like 12 episodes on the disc, I'll snap a picture of it when I get a chance I also think it's only $3.96.

I'm late to the party on this, but, it's the same set. Same Audio/Video/Extras. Just with 12 Episodes, instead of the full set.
