Zibbazabba's answer is specifically about the Godzilla Fantasia question. It's basically a bunch of rehashed clips from godzilla movies set to the music from said movies in a similar fasion to Disney's Fantasia.

Godzilla pachinko is something different entirely. Pachinko is a parlor game in Japan that is somewhat of a mish-mash between a pinball game and a Vegas slot machine and provides a loophole of sorts around the fact that gambling is illegal in Japan. The goal is to win the steel balls that are used to play the game. They come spilling out similar to the way coins come out of a slot machine. They can then be taken to a counter & traded for random crap prizes like you'd find at any typical arcade. But the trick is to trade them for these special coins. The coins are worthless trinkets, but any savvy pachinko player knows there's always a seperate establishment nearby (often a bank teller style window down a nearby alley or something like that) that buys those worthless coins for cold hard cash.

Godzilla pachinko is just a pachinko game that features a Godzilla theme (again, much like how pinball or slot machines often sport some sort of theme). There have actually been several throughout the years. Some have actually featured newly shot live action clips & fight scenes filmed by Toho. If you seach youtube you can probably still find many of them. Most are very brief but they're kinda cool to see.

They did a Hesei era Fantasia didn't they? Or maybe I'm thinking of a fan made one.

Yes, there's a Heisei fantasia (Godzilla Fantasy), that blends music from all seven film scores. In my opinion, it's not nearly as good as the Ifukube-scored one. The first one, by the way, is broken up into three parts, while the Heisei one is one 45-minute montage.

There's also one called "Legend of Godzilla" or something like that that uses footage from a lot of Showa-era Toho films, but all the music is produced by electronic instruments (IIRC).
