It covers some of the "monster boom" in Japan during the sixties and thus talks about how Gamera comes about. We get the fable and the real tale of Gameras origin. America's views of Japanese monster films. Gamera's stateside showings and rights holders including a brief Sandy Frank release history. A request for God to bless Sandy Frank. Heisei Gamera history.
At first it seems like basic Gamera origin information, but there's far more information in there than just the basics. I'm rewatching it now and I gotta say it's an excellent amount of information in a thirty minute segment. Dare I say it's f*c<!ng awesome? Yes I do. It's "OH GODZILLA! WHAT TERRIBLE LANGUAGE!" Awesome!
