From Gordon B on the AV Maniacs boards:

If there are any GREEN SLIME fans here, I found this post on Home Theater Forum today: (If this is true, this is fantastic!)

"I noticed their ad in my latest Sci Fi (December 2010) magazine with 'Save 25% use SCIFI25 at checkout; Expires 11/30/10'. It also listed 'Available for pre-order' titles I had not seen before:

The Green Slime (Remastered)

Josie & the Pussycats in Outer Space

Pretty Maids all in a row (Remastered)

Thundarr the Barbarian

War of the Planets (Remastered)

Wild, Wild Planet (Remastered)

The ones I labeled (Remastered) have a picture of their DVD cover art, so that is the only reason I would know. However, the warnerarchive.com website did not have a pre-order link (which I thought I saw earlier). The ad did have a phone number (866-373-4389) to call, so perhaps these titles could be ordered that way."

Noted author, Tom Weaver, over in the Warner Archives thread in the DVD folder of the Classic Horror Film Board said, "A little bird tells me that GREEN SLIME is a brand new 16x9 2.35 Scope master, created especially for this release. 'The scan was done in HD at 2K, and really looks quite remarkable. This is the first master done in the proper OAR. The source was a beautiful IP.'"
