I agree partially; I've seen a number of people who have sold fansubs on DVD however. That I'm fully against.

Also, if subtitled version were to be made officially available in the US, streaming or otherwise, in the case of 1992-2008 super sentai wouldn't Disney have to give the okay to distribute it?

I'm guessing they will remove almost anything that isn't authorized. In a way, this actually really sucks.
