November 3rd was the same day GINO was released on VHS and DVD in 1998. That was back when movies didn't hit the home video market until six months after their theatrical release, as opposed to the current two to four months.

I think I'm going to pick this up since I haven't watched the movie in awhile and my copy is the 11 year old DVD that came out back in November 1998.

Honestly I didn't find the movie THAT bad. I mean of course if its under a different title like Zilla then it could have gotten different reviews.

Bleh, same old tired "giant eye" cover. I hoped they'd have used the one from the Monster Edition.

Those cartoon eps better be in HD, because I didn't see a need for them on the DVD, and this is the only justification for including them on the BD as well. It's a shame they aren't including the trailers, they removed them from the Monster Edition as well.

They're important to have, considering they featured exclusive footage made for them and not in the film.
