Posted: Mon Jan 26, 2009 11:23 pmI was about to place an order for the R2 of MONSTER X STRIKES BACK... but now I'll just wait for this, especially with it having subs. Any idea when it'll be released? Hopefully it doesn't take FOREVER...

Image is the DVD distributor for Criterion and Janus Films (Janus handles theatrical and TV for their titles which is how X and GOKE where shown on TCM with the Janus logo).
It gets confusing, but if THE X FROM OUTER SPACE or GOKE are released on DVD they could be on either the Criterion or Image labels. But in either case, the films would still be distributed by Image so that's where requests for these films should be directed.
