Poor Discotek came in late on the Toho-title-snatching game and Media Blasters, Sony, and Classic Media already had all of the good stuff. The War In Space and Sayonara Jupiter were all that were left for Discotek to get, so poor sales wouldn't be at all surprising for them.

List of titles discotek can still aquire since media blasters and classic media havent shown no interest -
