Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

Found this on ebay today.... I'm not normally a vhs tape collector (i know there's still a few of you around here), but i would be very tempted to see what this was if only i had a PAL compatible VCR....

It's a greek VHS of Godzilla 1985 (or Godzilla Returns). I'm not sure which version of the movie it is b/c the auction calls it Godzilla Returns, but the box cover is clearly Godzilla 1985 (even though i don't read greek). It is in widescreen too. If it turned out to be Godzilla Returns (which i suspect b/c that's the international version that was released to most parts of the world) then it's no big deal.

BUT if it's a widescreen copy of Godzilla 1985, that would be quite interesting indeed. I guess it's less interesting now that Monsters HD has a widescreen copy of the American edit, which makes it less rare, but it's still not something you see evry day.

It's probably the International version. I think GODZILLA 1985 was only released in the U.S., Australia, the U.K. and Japan (But I could be wrong). Plus the auction/VHS doesn't mention Raymond Burr, and it says it's 103 minutes long.

I own a copy. It is THE RETURN OF GODZILLA with Greek subtitles.
