"Oh, believe me, I've been pushing the three Tohos for quite a while now. (The fourth could be REBIRTH OF MOTHRA 3, which while hardly vintage, has yet to appear on an R1 DVD.) The '08 sked is fairly well set, but '09 is a real possibility. Stay tuned."

The "three Tohos" Mike mentions are, of course, MOTHRA, BATTLE IN OUTER SPACE and THE H-MAN. For those who have not heard, Michael now acts as a consultant for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, advising them on releasing some of their catalog titles on DVD.

That's great news GaryT! That would be nice to finally see some quality R1 releases of MOTHRA, THE H-MAN and BATTLE IN OUTER SPACE.

Hell, they're releasing THE GIANT CLAW this year... so there is hope afterall for catalog titles.
