I've ordered from them dozens of times, always with the free shipping (which usually takes about a week to get to me). Only once did a package get lost in the mail, I called them up and they sent out a replacement the next day.

I've only ordered from them a couple times before. All three Beast Wars season DVD sets about a year ago, and just recently the new Criterion Yojimbo and Sanjuro box set earlier in March. I used free shipping both times. The Criterion set came just a few days ago, taking a little over two weeks to get here, and I remember the Beast Wars sets taking nearly a month.

Basically, if you're in no rush to get your DVDs, take the free shipping. Otherwise, fork over a little more for something faster.

Once I paid for the shipping cause I was in a hurry...it came in eleven days. Since then, I've always used free shipping and will continue to do so as it's never taken more than 10 when free.
