I believe you'll get a better rate on your credit card if they charge it in yen so you may save a little money there. They charged my card after my item shipped.
Also, as a side note. I ordered my final box on a Saturday night (Mountain Time) and it arrived from Tokyo on TUesday morning at 9 AM. I didn't realize Amazon would hire a plane to bring me my final box. Mega fast shipping.

If you want to know what the total will be just goto a conversion website and do a conversion, you could get a higher charge (just by a few cents) or lower (again by a few cents) depending on the day your card is charge and what the exchange rate is.
Amazon Japan is an awesome place to order from. I preordered Final Wars from them and it arrived the day it was supposed to come out in Japan well the day after with the International Date Line and all. Not bad at all.
