where did you find the large pictures that you use for your covers ?, did you have to scan them your self ?

Well today I finally recieved The Princess Blade, and while I have yet to watch it (I will before the night is through) something about the cover really bothered me.

Of course the R1 Cover looks almost identical to the Japanese R2 cover.

is bad too ...

This is just one cover that is begging for a new cover. I'll see what I can do with it tonight actually. I like the insert and I see one of the wallpapers available on theprincessblade.com might be of some use (the 1600 x 1200 one)

That's what I have so far ... (well mine is in 300dpi)

I haven't done the back yet as I'm not 100% sure as to how I will do that. Anyone have any comments on it so far?

I got the texture from a wallpaper on and just worked with it from there. The 300 DPI version looks much better of course.

I'm just having one heck of a time with the back and getting that to look right.

Here are a couple of covers I just completed. The GMK one is built off of Kyle's excellent earlier effort. Both are based on R1 specs.

I want to make a better cover for that one - strangely enough mine isn't a snap-case. I'd like to use artwork from the American release (I think those are more fitting for the dubbed versions), but I don't have any materials to scan for them...

^^Yeah, that's the same guy who was doing it before (oh, and if you don't have anything against boots...his G'85 DVD was a direct rip of the R2, with subs...oh man, was it nice.
