Assuming it happens at all. They lost a lot of money when they were fined for releasing the last Harry Potter book early. There's a chance they may not do the November sale at all.

OK I've heard that at least 1 person got a mailing from DeepDiscount announcing the sale:

FYI of the dozen or so titles I've been tracking for the past several weeks, none of them have gone up in price and 2 have dropped (slightly).

I finally ordered Frankenstein Conquers the World. Plus a DVD for my wife...

I might get more before the sale is up, though. I'm seriously considering trying to sell my Classic Media Godzilla DVDs for whatever I can get out of them, and ordering the boxset... I only have 3 of them anyway, so the boxset is a good deal.
