I just ordered the DVD from Amazon, with great anticipation.
In fact, I'm so excited, I even talked my girlfriend into buying me a rebated (10 bucks after all is said and done!) Frankenstein "Legacy Collection" disc. (Unfortunately, in order to obtain the rebate, she was forced to clip the UPC from the cardboard slip cover, horrifying this obsessive compulsive perfectionist. But I allowed it, averting my eyes as she cut my poor cover.) What great films those classic Universal movies are. I'm currently in the middle of the commentary of the first film.
On the subject, however...which Frankenstein do you think FCTW derives from...
Mary Shelly's original book, the Universal films, or FCTW's own interpretation?
