Actually, I have a feeling they did not fully answer the question regarding GMK, 2000, and GxMG. See, the question is asked as two sentences, and usually these answers always tend to respond to the last question and not the first as well. As such, I bet it means Sony has no plans to bring Mothra, H-Man, etc to BD. I don't know why, but they never seem to fully answer the entire thing. Mattel is a big jerk monkey in this department.

Perhaps "non-answers" wasn't the right way to word it, but they seem very dodgy. Stuff like:

The Blu-rays will have the uncut Japanese versions with Japanese and English audio tracks.

Okay, so... yes? We know the films will have Japanese and English audio tracks, but "uncut Japanese versions" can mean so much in this fandom where so many different versions with mild differences are floating around.

I get what they're trying to do, but it would've been nice to receive a, "Yes, it will include so-and-so version of the film that will not have the title overlays seen over the opening credits of our previous DVD releases and will include so-and-so end credits." Or something in that vein.

I'm mostly picking at this age of overly careful businesses.

I'm quite confused how you release one of the most poorly received Godzilla films (Megaguirus) but don't have plans for one of the most popular (GMK). Makes no sense. It's like some executive at Sony just guessed at which movies and weird combos that they thought looked cool and went with them without watching the movies.

I'm not complaining about getting the movies. It's great we now have these releases in North America. They just didn't seem to put a lot of thought into this.

Hopefully Sony sees encouraging numbers and feedback about these blu-ray releases. It'd be fantastic if the folks at Sony home video decide to release the rest of the Godzilla movies they have onto blu-ray and the other Toho movies in Sony has access too. A high vis sticker on the package saying something like "from the creators of Godzilla" would be enough to generate sales right now, especially if the movies are on a display with the Godzilla movies.

I'm just rather surprised that they decided to release Tokyo SOS and Final Wars together instead of GxMG and Tokyo SOS together. Honestly I can abstain from watching Final Wars again, this time in HD no less.... It just doesn't make sense to release the sequel to a film first rather than the other way around.

This implies that Sony did their own transfers for some of the films. They are likely the HD international versions of SPACEGODZILLA and DESTOROYAH that have been seen (and still air) on cable for the past couple of years. The first three '90s films will probably be the Japanese versions.

I happen to really enjoy MEGAGUIRUS. I think it is an incredibly FUN film. I am stoked that it is going to be available on Blu. Of course I wish ALL of the films were being released on Blu Ray. Methinks that if sales are strong on these titles, the other titles will roll our in due time.

Sony can be so annoying sometimes. I love how they can not even be bothered to figure out that TSOS is a sequel to GxMG, and pair them up accordingly. And they've had HD versions of G2K, GMK, and GxMG available on iTunes/Vudu/Amazon/etc. for some time now, but I'll be damned if I'm buying dub only versions of the later two.

Hopefully the country gets swept up in Goji fever, and these sell well enough to get Sony's attention.

Keith how would/is Sony going to gage fan interest for the Rebirth of Mothra Trilogy, Mothra, H-Man and Battle in Outerspace? They said in your interview if there's enough demand for those titles then they'd consider it but how are they going to figure that out? Sales of the planned Godzilla BDs, is there a contact form, browsing web forums?
