Well, in regarding the dubs, it should be remembered that it was these versions made kaiju known to the West. Now some will say that is a hindrance, because "critics" make fun of dubs and it lowers the movie, but would have subtitled versions played on your local theater or later on T.V. on Chiller Theater or the Million Dollar Movie? I do kinda of find it rather disheartening that today, dubs are rather dismissed, when it was those versions that put everything on the map. Heck, we might have not had a board like Monster Zero if it weren't for the dubs!
I could understand the desire to have the original Japanese versions, but I am grateful for the dubs, and the great memories it provided for me, and the great talent behind them like Peter Fernandez, Cornie Orr, Paul Frees and Hal Linden. :th-up:
