When the Sony DVDs came out, I had them all on VHS, so I put off buying them for a long (long) time. I took it for granted that they would be around, especially because when GINO came out there was such a glut of G-merchandise--I just figured it would be around for a while. One day I realized that nearly 10 years had passed and I had better get them and the Media Blasters stuff while I still could! I managed to get all the discs just before prices started jumping.

I'm not going to buy a Godzilla disk that doesn't have both language options- it's ridiculous. Especially on Blu Ray.

And I highly doubt the print will be anything revelatory.

So yeah, Universal is bringing Godzilla movies to BD, Kraken is. Echo Bridge did. What the hell is Sony waiting for? A personal invitation?

Speaking of Sony, I'd love the Japanese cut of Godzilla 2000 included in any upcoming release they might do.

perhaps KPA might know something by now, on what sony plans to do with the remaining Godzilla movies in their possession, whether or not They plan to license them to Millcreek, or they plan to release them on Blu-ray themselves.
