The future is big, sparkling warble of superclean and we should endevour to do our best to wash our feet by it.

Well I heard from someone that they were watching GOTU and that it looked fantastic. I still think it's too good to be true until I read a legit review or see them for myself.

If it is the case then it looks like Gamera will be my first double-dip of a Blu-ray.

To me, it looks great for a blu-ray for 2 films for less than $10. As soon as I say it looks great for a blu-ray, I'm sure someone will find something wrong with the picture quality, but again, it was under $10. To me the picture quality, color is better than my Toho GMK blu-ray disc, but I've seen several people say GMK was the weakest blu-ray Toho has done so far.
Subtitles are English only.

I guess my only complaint so far would be is there is no way to adjust audio and subtitles from the main title menu, just adjust it from your remote.

I really can't see how anyone would be disappointed by this disc, but there are people who will complain about anything. :)

Almost forgot the audio:
English Dolby D
Japanese DTS-Hd Hi RES
It says secondary audio but I can't get it to open on my blu-ray player

After scanning through both movies, I personally think it looks great if I'd paid $40.

I don't see any extras at all though unless I've skipped them somehow.

Well, screw-it - I just canceled my order with DVD Pacific and ordered it from someone on eBay. Paid $17.95 (the full SRP of $14.95, plus $3 S&H), but hopefully I'll get it in a few days as opposed to whenever from DVD Pacific. They've sent me two notices saying they're not sure when they're going to be getting it in (Amazon currently says it ships in 2-5 weeks!).

Evidently this did, in fact, come out on the 12th, but the usual sources are dragging their a$$es getting it in stock. To heck with all of 'em!! I wanna see this blu-ray... :x

Those look significantly more sharp and detailed than screen caps that I've seen from Toho's Blu-Ray discs of the 90's Godzilla films... even in the shots that have heavy diffusion filters on the lenses.

I see some compression, but that's not surprising given that this is a Mill Creek release.
