Aw man, I just got the old POTA set with each disc in a separate case at best buy for $20 recently. I'd've much preferred one slim case... Oh well. At least I didn't over pay for it.

^Amazon has these guys for $11 and $10 respectively.

^I know this got middling reviews in terms of its presentation, but I got really tired of not having this movie, so I found it on eBay for $10.

Then I placed some pre-orders on DeepDiscount:

My wish-list cheat sheet that I keep is still HUGE, but I'm probably done buying anything for a couple months (since I'll be getting my Godzilla blu-ray for free), until I get Pumpkinhead, Nightbreed, and Godzilla vs. Biollante.

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh Blu-Ray is solid. The DNR is nowhere near the level of bad as Sword in the Stone and Mickey's Christmas Carol.

Went to a local game-trade store that has one of the bigger used Blu-ray selection since the Disc-go-rounds in my area dried up. I picked up Season 4 of Archer, the first two Pirates of the Caribbean movies, The Rock, and the Goonies.

Just picked up the Austin Power's Trilogy today. Can't believe the first film came out 17 years ago. Man I feel old.

I can't believe someone liked Locke enough to actually buy it.

I thought it was a somewhat interesting movie, but the prospect of EVER sitting down to watch it again voluntarily doesn't even begin to come to mind.

I don't have enough comedies in my collection and I'm trying to rectify that. Also Hellraiser is awesome.

It's just if I have a friend over who wants to watch a movie their options are horror, scifi, or kaiju. I still need to see both jump street movies. I heard they were hilarious.

Just picked up 'Laputa Castle in the Sky'.. much like 'Spirited Away' when you press play on the DVD it starts up a video of John Lasseter telling you about the movie... it really irks me.. if it were Miyazaki, i could maybe understand, but its not. Keep it in the extras section.

There are also a disturbing number of typos on the back of the box.

And this old Indy trilogy set on DVD. Used for $10. I didn't have them yet (somehow) and it was cheap and didn't include Crystal Skull, so I figured why not.

One day I am going to upgrade my precious Indiana Jones DVDs to blu ray. And when I do, I am going to put Crystal Skull into an envelope and mail it back to George Lucas with a note simply saying "F*ckin' cgi prairie dogs? Seriously?"

I'm a little upset at myself for not jumping on Indiana Jones on blu when I saw it on Amazon for $40. Yeah, it includes Crystal Skull, but the easy solution is just to not watch it.
Also upset with myself for not getting the NOES blu ray set when I saw that for $25.

I'm betting both will drop in price again some day.

Oh and I bought these:
Image
^$5

Image
^$12

Image
^$7

I couldn't pass up the Tremors attack pack for $12 when the first film alone was being sold for $10.
Also, I think I'm heading back to the store to get that 6-Movie DVD of Bride of Re-Animator, Beyond Re-Animator, Return of the Living Dead 3 and three other crappy movies, because I didn't realize that none of those three movies I want are available on Blu-ray.

I picked up CAPTAIN AMERICA 2: THE WINTER SOLDIER this week; Nebraska Furniture Mart price of $14.79 {just the regular blu-ray version}

And today I picked up this for $8.77 at Nebraska Furniture Mart.

Image

I have every intention of asking my nephew if he wants to watch the first Captain America movie and then surreptitiously pop the 1990 movie in. I think I'll even use the case from CA:TFA...
