Mothra Opening Title billing

I thought I imagined this, or that my old prints were somehow cut or missing something, but has anyone else noticed that, in the new Mothra DVD (Toho Sci-Fi Icons) and every other English release version in my collection, Hiroshi Koizumi, Frankie Sakai, and Kyoko Kagawa HAVE NO BILLING???!!! I've looked carefully for any kind of a splice that might indicate a missing title card, but the credit card for Special Cinematography dissolves directly to one with The Peanuts, "Jelly" Ito and Ken Uehara. The next card is the supporting cast.
This error apparently goes clear back to the original American release! Nice going, Columbia!
