It's a tough match. My inclination is to say Hedorah, but we simply don't know what Biollante's sap will do to it (dry it out, or what).

I was going to say Hedorah due to it's toxins being so deadly and Biollante being primarily plant-based... but I forgot about Bio's G-cells, which might lend some of their regenerative abilities against Hedorah's toxic waste.

This is indeed a tough one...

I'm going with Hedorah, I think. Size, IMO, won't matter in this considering how Hedorah doesn't technically have a full-grown height. Just keeps getting bigger in proportion to the pollution in the enviroment. Biollante is a plant, and I think she'd be especially vunerable to Hedorah.

This battle can only be answered with speculation. Like previously said, no one knows how Biollante's acid would affect Hedorah, heck he might die from it or even absorb it. It's hard to tell since Hedorah is not like an ordinary kaiju.

But from listening to the comments and from what I can speculate I would have to go with Hedorah. Though it would be a very close battle, I think Hedorah's acid and pollution would stop Biollante eventually. Though thats only my opinion and I could see it go either way.

This'll be a tough fight for both kaiju, but ultimately, I think Hedorah will win. To me, Hedorah just seems like the perfect kaiju to beat Biollante. His toxic nature should be deadly to a giant plant. His sludge was corrosive enough to burn Godzilla's hand down to the bone, and his eye bolts are highly explosive. Plus, said explosions give off highly-toxic fumes. Biollante would be even more screwed if Hedorah decided to morph into flying mode, circling over her and raining down sulfuric acid mist.

I can't think of anything Biollante can do that would cause major damage to Hedorah. Though her thorny vines could stab out his eyes, if they hit anywhere else, they'd just go right through him (and probably be burned off by the sludge). I don't see her acid sap doing much damage, either. It might burn away a little of Hedorah's outer layers of sludge, but other than that...
