Gamera 3 version vs Kiryu.

Gamera's fireballs are arguably less energetic than Godzilla's ray, travel slower, and seem to have a salvo limit. Kiryu has ducked Godzilla's ray. In other instances he's withstood prolonged contact with it and come back swinging.
Gamera, on the other hand, has a persistent sensitivity to smallish missiles. He doesn't dodge all that well, and his shell makes him a nice wide target. His shell, I observe, is not all that much protection against other kaiju, whereas Kiryu's armor is pretty durable.
Someone's going to bring up Mana Blast, so I'll just do the usual rebuttal about quick-firing beam weapons into Gamera's guts... or head, if one craves a bit of variety.
