Barring that, SG could take him on if the two monsters' scales are not balanced out (SG was 20 meters taller than Heisei G, and Heisei G is 45 meters taller than Mire-Goji). If their scales are equaled out and Mire-Goji is not invincible, then it's a tough call, but I say Godzilla would be the ultimate victor, just since his beam is considered by Toho to be the most powerful one ever (at the time).
