I think godzilla no matter what. So what the aliens have acid blood and speed but godzilla is still the KING!!!

Godzilla had a rough time against one somewhat larger Alien, in the form of Destroyah. Granted, "real" xenomorphs trade acidic blood for oxygen destroying powers and an energy horn, but it could be a very rough fight.

One scenario I do see, though, is the Gialiens gang-rushing Godzilla, as the critters have been shown to do, and getting smashed by a nuclear pulse. We've seen that it has a great concussive effect, and the xenomorphs are exoskeletal.

.... or while 5 get oblitarated by godzilla a 6 sneaks up jumps on godzillas back repetenlty stabbing the Big G with it tail. Then crushing his skull in with its secound jaw?

Godzilla would tear them apart. Godzilla is far more durable, has regeneration, an extremely powerful ranged weapon, and I'm assuming far greater strength.

How exactly would his brain be destroyed?

Ah, well that's assuming the Alien can even penetrate Godzilla's hide, which I'm skeptical of.

Alien3 trumps the games in my book. Sure the queen didn't like fire too much, but that's pretty far from being especially vulnerable to it. And she didn't need much time recovering from a blowtorch in the mouth, either. Their black carapace seems to do a terrific job protecting them from temperature extremes in general, such as the liquid nitrogen device in AR that was used to "punish" them but never really hurt them.

Godzilla's blast would definately do major damage to any one, but once they all pile onto him, he's in trouble without a nuclear pulse. And I don't know if this is a version that has one or not.
