I'll be the first to admit that judging solely by the films there is no reason to think that Fett would win the fight (although his Daddy did hold his own with a Jedi pretty well, which is food for thought). But going with EU evidence I think that Fett would take this one. It's hard for me to imagine a circumstance where the Predator would be able to take him totally by surprise.

Well danganavit they need a Predator X Boba Fett Cross over!!! Don't know why they havn't made one yet I think it would be cool
