Sorry, but logic crushes all the monsters under their own weight before he can get a chance to, assuming they don't just cease to exist because of the improbability of their creation backstories.

G.W. Bush could spend $90 billion on a Mechagodzilla (sans Absolute Zero gun) and send that to Iraq.

There's a kaiju, and that could feasibly happen, though not in an election year.
