Hmm... considering the Cylons only lasted one season...

OK, seriously (if there is such a thing when talking about this stuff) I think the Daleks have proven themselves more resiliant, no matter how many times they get beaten they keep bouncing back. At least once in their history they've had the power of rudimentary time travel, so I go with them.

Daleks, especially the Imperial faction from Remembrance of the Daleks.

I think that one or two Special Weapons Daleks could probably do the trick by themselves.
