I too have to vote Rodan. Basically, it would come down to Rodan and Mothra, who could drop all the non-flying monsters and kill them. But obviously Rodan's a lot more durable than Mothra, so he'd ultimately win.

Of course, I would have voted for Gigan but personally I don't think he deserves to be there--[in Dr. Evil voice] Forehead lazer beam, anyone?

Gigan's there because he never used his so called beam attack in any film. G:DAMM isn't canon.

With the exception of Manda and Mothra, I can see any of them winning depending on how the fight played out. Rodan or Gigan would be my top choices.
