THIS will inspire some debate...

Let's see...

I say...SPACEGODZILLA! His regen and shield may just let him survive to the finish.

Destoroyah could kill them all. If he loses, though, it's either Barugon, SpaceGodzilla, or Irys.

I'll have to agree with CyHunter...Destroyah has the same immense size and great abilities like SpaceGodzilla....So it would basically come down to those 2 in the final bout

Destroyah get's taken out by Barugon who is taken out by Legion. Then everyone else is decimated by SpaceGodzilla

It was between Space Godzilla, Destroyer, and Barugon...was almost leaning towards Barugon, but what would likely occur in this battle is Barugon would be un-sure of his opponents.

Remember, he was running from Gamera in their first confrontation. It wasn't until Barugon used his freezing mist that he gathered some courage (that's my little boy--or girl :D ).

Anyways, I suspect that Barugon would be attacking the other monsters and leveling them with his rainbow ray. But his rainbow ray isn't a machine gun type weapon. It takes time and does re-charge after each attack. Though if anyone were to get too close, they'd be frozen solid by his freezing mist. (Wonder what would happen if they cut off his tongue?)

Personally, I think Barugon would be overwelmed by the survivors. Then it would come down to probably Iris, Legion, Space Godzilla and Destroyer. Iris could only really absorb Space Godzilla's DNA to gain other abilities, but if he were to attempt to try and steal the DNA of Destroyer then well--congrats to our Mutated Gyaos for succeeding in getting micro oxygen running rampent inside your body. You're as good as dead...

Though I don't see how he'd "suck Legion" dry or something. Legion doesn't really have blood. Though Iris's tentacles would prove formiddle for everyone but not even Iris could overcome a threat of Legion, Destroyer, and Space Godzilla...it would be too much and he'd eventually be slain.

Legion is powerful but her shield isn't as powerful as some people give it credit for. Besides, I don't think its designed to stop something like Destroyer's micro-oxygen ray. Space G's corona beam would like swoop around her and attack her from behind. Overwelmed, Legion would be...

So now it comes down to Space Godzilla and Destroyer. Two of Heisei Godzilla's most powerful opponents. Who would conquer? Well, though Space Godzilla does have the superior abilities; Destroyer has more deadly attacks. It takes 4-5 direct hits of Godzilla's spiral blast to penetrate his carapace. Space Godzilla's corona beams are strong, but aren't that powerful. In the end, Space Godzilla could only just hold out for so long before being diced by Destroyer's laser horn. (Two words: Shoulder Crystals.)

Winner: Destroyer

King Ghidorah Showa survives by simple virtue of his style. As soon as the fights stops being fun, he'll fly away. It probably won't take him long to reach that decision, which says something about his smarts. Space Godzilla's likely the only one that could follow him into space, and I honestly give a one-on-one match like that to KG.

MechaGodzilla Showa's not that fragile, although it would be at a definite disadvantage in close combat with the bigger Heisei monsters. MG's armor is highly heat-resistant, and it's a superb sniper. It has so much firepower that even the big monsters would notice; I think its area-effect missiles would be very dangerous to Destroyah organisms, and of course Space Godzilla and Legion have displayed a weakness towards penetrating shots. Unfortunately for MG, it can't heal, which does put it at a big disadvantage once damage starts coming in.

'Taint "rank cowardice," Ang. Were the critter a coward he wouldn't fly in and attack in the first place, especially when he's always outnumbered. He flies in, gets in some licks, and pulls out when he's had enough.
Quite frankly, only an idiot sticks around and continues to take punishment if withdrawal is an option.

Why do I give the space battle to KG? In space he retains his physical mobility, whereas SG's flying crystalline form greatly restricts his angles of fire. KG's angles and rates of fire make it easier for him to inflict damage as they zip around.
Also - and this is a big point - SG may feed off some energies and deflect others, but KG's bolts are gravitic. Gravity can't be blocked except with a sharper gravitational gradient, and SG's little telekinetic trick doesn't qualify. Gravity bolts to crystals can be extrapolated fairly easily, whereas King Ghidorah has displayed a resitance to energy attacks. It's not right to say he'd be immune to corona beams, but some degree of defense is quite possible.
With each exchange of fire, KG's advantage would grow. Thus, I assign him the win.

MG Showa's armor was not consistently blasted through. If it had been blasted through there would have been a hole. Through, you see. The lack of a hole following each pretty lightshow definitively proves that the armor held. In fact, the only times I can recall MG '74 or '75 taking serious damage from Godzilla's blasts were
1) Godzilla and MG '74 locked beams and created an unusually powerful blast on each other, which still damaged MG by concussion, not penetration.
2) when MG '75 had its controls zapped remotely and its head already removed for the finale of the big battle.
In the other instances, Godzilla's blasts created pretty sparks, shook the robot around, and failed to open gaps or knock the machine down permanently. 'Kind of like Destroyah, in a way.
