The USS Dallas because its modern weapons can destroy the Plesiosaurs.

The USS Dallas is 361 feet long and made of metal https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Dallas_(SSN-700)
The largest plesiosaur was Mauisaurus and was only 26ft long https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mauisaurus
At 6,900 tons the USS Dallas could just ram the plesiosaur and turn it into paste.
