I know this because it looks exactly like many I have seen. It's a young antler. I grew up in Alaska, then moved to the Rocky Mountains. My parents still live in the moutains and have deer on their property all the time. You may as well show me a picture of a deer and ask me how I know it's a deer. lol.

The base of the object is identical to an antler base. Teeth have LONG roots. Ok, maybe this is a tooth from some kind of creature we haven't found yet. BUT, if it is, this creature evolved a tooth that's base is identical to an antler base and the tooth itself looks like an immature antler that has lost it's velvet too soon.
