Barry The Sea Worm

This was a news item featured on AOL and is probably old news, let alone a creature already well known to science that AOL in its naivety thinks is brand new...but the strange animal dubbed Barry, a four-foot long sea worm that looks like Hedorah had a love child with a slug (probably Dilemma from Ultraman Taro) and maybe Giger's Alien on the side, is a sight to behold that I though I shared.

That worm is beastly looking. I wouldn't mind getting one for a pet. Imagine seeing one of those in a Godzilla movie! That worm is both simultaneously one of the most hideous things I have ever seen and at the same time most fascinating. It was 4 feet long as well! I didn't know non-parasitic worms got that big... wonder what a healthy dose of radiation would do to that...
