I was sad to hear the poor little guy died not too long after he was filmed though

I think we will one day find a squid or some other such cephalopod that is truly Godzilla sized. There will be much rejoicing

Yeah... those things are awesome.

I have a feeling that there are gigantic things we have not seen yet lurking deep deep in the ocean. I read an account of a person on a boat who claimed to see a squid crusing along side that was about 150 feet long. This thing was longer than the boat. He said it had a faint glow and it's eye was starring up at him. Then it dissapeard. It shot away so fast it looked almost like it vanished.

I'll see if I can find the story sometime.
