That is REALLY weird. I mean, "Ghost Cars?" That is the most bizarre thing I've heard in a while.

Stupid.
The fence just bent under that car then straightened back up. You can see it wobble when the cop gets to it.
Why the cop didn't just drive over the fense, too, is the mystery.
Signatures are stupid and annoying.
