Ultraman Nexus Discussion

Well since the series is becoming available on the internet, I'm sure people have begun watching it. I'm currently aquiring the first two episodes and will be watching them sometime tomorrow. Has anybody else seen them yet?
Since most of us will be watching it raw (no subs), I was wondering if anybody could give us the low down on each episode as the series progresses?
If anybody is interesting in watching the show as the season progresses, send me a private message and I'll fill you in on the details.

When did Nexus start? It is on weekly correct?

I believe it started October 2. It airs weekly on Saturdays.

What I've seen of nexus so far (about 5 different clips) looks pretty interesting. This actually reminds me a bit more of Ultra Q. Why? I dunno, just the look and feel is very different from recent ultra-series and especially far removed from the kind and gentle Cosmos universe.
The fully CG monster of the first two episodes is pretty interesting as it's very rare to see a tokusatsu monster done in completely in that style. Unfortunately the color matching is off a bit so it doesn't really mesh with the live footage, but it's a nice attempt. I'm guessing as the series goes on it will do like the newer Kamen Rider series and rely more on the suitmation as time and money dwindles.
I like the armored look and it makes more sense to me that it should look like that. The raw musculature seen under the armor in his Jeunesse form is very cool. Reminds me a bit of The Guyver; a mix of organic and mechanical which bring a less childish look to the series.
