Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

OK, so I know Orb comes before Orb origins in release. That's fine, but what's this Chronicles stuff? New? Clip show? I am confused and need to know if this is something Pat and I need to watch for the Podcast.

Then I read something about 2 different Orb Chronicle shows?!?!?!

^As far as I can tell it's like a clip show of the previous Orb material mostly consisting of the episodes of the original Orb series. Basically, instead of simply re-airing Orb they put a new coat of paint on it and it's accompanied by the rerelease of the the merch in stores.

There's no new story material, and it's not subbed anyway. They might have some of the actors, or a kaiju, filmed against a greenscreen, saying "Boy, remember the time we fought that monster, and also learned a lesson along the way?" They do it to fill the gap between the end of the show and the movie. It's a "rerun plus".

So when is Origins finally going to come out in the States? I feel like the show is a few years old at this point.

Didn't Amazon fund Origins? It could be stuck in limbo for whatever the same reason they killed plans for Amazon Riders for US audiences, but if that's the case I'd be surprised to see it on CR or anywhere else

I'm considering Malaysian DVDs for now on Origin and the movie

So I might as well just donwload the fansubs then? Well that sucks as I wanted to support both Origins and Amazons legally.
