The press conference for the next Kamen Rider series, Kamen Rider Drive, was held earlier today. Now we have a slew of information regarding the upcoming show. Personally, I'm super hyped for it. It seemed weird at first to have a Rider based on a car, but then I remembered that Black RX had a car and that Gaim exists in a glorious fashion, now I'm totally onboard. I don't want Gaim to end because it's such a good show. But I'm glad that this is looking to have some promise about it.

His ride, and his design seems much closer to the Rescue Police Metal Heroes than it does a Rider. Looks cool.

Not feeling the look or designs of the show, but the writing staff has my hopes up.

One of the things I love about the Kamen Rider franchise - new, refreshing, weird, bold ideas and concept in every new series.

Kamen Rider Drive Episode 1 - IT was quite good. Has an interesting premise to it and the characters all seemed pretty likable. Can't wait to see where this goes.

So, apparently Kamen Rider Drive has gotten really good lately? I'm behind but I'm on episode 24 and it has picked up a little bit so far. I hear that episode 25 is where things really start to get good.
I was gonna catch up anyway, but then I saw this gif and I really want to see this suit in action now. Didn't care for the promo pictures but it could be a cool form in the show.

Anyone else watching Drive? Has it really gotten that good?

Weekly follower here. ~ Drive does get somewhat better when a few past events come back to haunt them (not gonna spoil them.) and as a certain 001 would said, 'you will continue to struggle in your suffering...'(not quite the exact words but it's the meaning that's count.

I gave up on it after episode 22 because I grew tired of it. That was 440 minutes I could have spent on watching something else. I liked the concepts, the villains had a cool design, and Kiriko was great, but everything else was boring. Brain started out being this top notch strategist leader and then they turned him into comedic relief lackey. Chaser became a gimmick that was there to pad out the running time so that there was a reason to have the stories be two parters. The worst part is that the shift cars have had more development than Shinnosuke. I may hate Decade, but at least it was fun and I can rewatch the episodes. Drive, I can't bring myself to watch another second of it.

Well, when one sees this man appeared, it's a certainty that the show will be treading into darker places.

PS: Oh, there's a reason to what's wrong with Brain, Chaser and even the inability of a certain detective who couldn't pronounce the word 'Roidmude', it's part of the plot. XD
