I agree with the other guy that its not a great movie but sucked? NAH people are too harch in their critics....

BUT it could have been much better...as a film and as a dream confrontation....

I still think that Kamen Riders generally speaking are superior but i realy appreciate Mr. Dark pointing out details ......THANK YOU AGAIN

It all varies. Every Kamen Rider of the Showa era was a cyborg of some sort. As such, they had super strength even in human form.

The newer series fro Kuuga on are regular humans with the ability to transform from their belt. The strengths of the riders vary by the individual, but some are strong, some are weak and learn how to fight throughout the series.

I love Kamen Rider to death, but when it comes down to it, I would take Sentai over it. DaiRanger is hands down the best toku series of all time (well, thus far, but since that series was from 1993 and nothing has outdone it for me, means nothing probably will). Nihon has subbed the whole series, so I definitely recommend checking it out.

Aside from DaiRanger, I also recommend Kaku, Car, Aba, Geki, Gokai, to name a few of the best series.

Too bad you don't live in Colorado as I did at our local anime convention this past Sept two panels, one on the history of Sentai and the other on Kamen Rider's history. Next year, I am going to do a Kamen Rider vs Super Sentai panel, which I am thinking about making into a game show type panel.

As for why I said Super Hero Taisen sucked, here is what I posted a few weeks ago:

Wow, what a disappointment. We just watched my Super Hero Taisen Blu-Ray and it was a major let down. There was hardly any Kamen Rider/Sentai action in it, the big baddies of the movie were taken out way too quickly, Joe was completely out of character as he was far too emotional for some reason instead of cool headed like he was in Gokaiger, the OOO forms were pointless, and nobody really did anything with each other. Not to mention Doc did absolutely nothing when all of the other rangers were captured. There was no chemistry between the casts at all.
