no fight at all in this one. I believe this one one of Akio Jissoji's episodes, always a good and fun time. still, one weird story.

I rewatched this episode recently and was really taken with the way it was shot. Lots of extreme close-ups and the use of character's reflections in anything possible like a mirror, or hubcap. And if there's no reflection there's certainly a lot of shots through glass and windows. Information about the crew members is awfully scarce. Does anyone know who shot this episode?

This ep was directed by Akio Jissoji. His works have a very different, distinct style, not unlike what Chuck Jones brought to the Looney Tunes.

Sorry, I should've been more specific. Does anyone, per chance, know the director of photography. Imdb lists two for the entire series, so if accurate I assume it's either Masaharu Utsumi or Yasumichi Fukuzawa-- although I can't believe they'd be the only two DPs for the series.

I don't think the DP had much to do with how the episode turned out, its all on Jissoji.

I'm gonna have to watch this one again. I generally love Jissoji's episodes, but I wasn't yet familiar with his others when I saw this story, and I don't remember the visuals at all; mostly, I just remember it having one of the most generic Ultraman plots I've ever seen.
