which Ultraman is this?

My friend from Chicago sent me a package today with some Ultraman keychains and stuff. She also got me a set of stickers. The sticker sheet has stickers of Ultraman, Seven, Ace & Taro. There's another Ultraman on the sticker sheet that I don't recognize. Here's a pic, does anyone know?



Sorry for the fuzzy quality. My scanner is not working right, otherwise i'd have scanned it.

Maybe one of the Chinese knockoffs you see a lot? Though in this case it looks like a suit instead of just a drawing for some product...

I'm certainly stumped.

Isn't there an episode or film where all the Ultra Brothers combine their power and essence with Taro to form one ultra-powerful (heh) being?

Yes but I think they still just used the Taro suit for that, nothing like a Mebius Infinity form or anything.
